Investment Options

First, thank you so much for visiting my website and your interest in my photography! Once you have decided on which fine art image to purchase, the next step is to decide the size and medium to print it on.   There are so many options today that this can be a daunting and somewhat stressful choice. I’m here to help! The information on this page should aid that decision and address any questions you might have regarding print size and material. Of course, you can contact me at any time if you have questions.

There are 4 options for the finish mounting of the photographs. They are:

Metal Float Prints:

Metal prints have become increasingly popular in recent years because of their visually striking characteristics, durability, lightweight material, and strikingly modern look. Metal prints are created by infusing inks directly onto aluminum plates, creating a metallic look that enhances detail and provides stunning contrast and color. I have several metal prints hanging in my own home and I love themI All metal prints are float mounted and hang so they look like they are floating off the wall.

Gallery Float Plaques:

These Gallery Float Art Plaques are beautiful and affordable. A fine art print is mounted to a wood backer, laminated by a protective film and float off the wall in stunning presentation – all while being more affordable than custom framing. Made with a fine art Kodak metallic photographic paper on earth friendly substrates, these Gallery Float Plaques offer a variety for your presentation and arrive ready to hang.

Thin Wraps:

First, we make the print of your choice on Metallic paper. We then over-laminate the image with a soft Satin Laminate. The resulting product is then wrapped on gatorboard, with a foam layer in between the print and the board. For a striking effect, we apply a spacer (Float Mounting Block) to the back of the Thin Wrap, which allows the image to be hung and appear to float from the wall.

Traditional Paper Prints:

The traditional photo prints on paper have largely been replaced by the higher quality and more visually stunning Metal Float and Gallery Float prints, for understandable reasons. Many of my photographer friends have chosen not to include paper products as part of their product line anymore. However, I realize there are plenty of potential customers who may wish to own my artwork, but simply lack the financial means to splurge on museum quality metal or plaque pieces. I also offer the best paper prints on the market today as an alternative. Kodak Professional Endura Premier Metallic Paper. Endura Premier Metallic Paper has the distinctive, eye catching, glossy finish and metallic appearance that will draw all eyes to the photograph. ENDURA Premier Metallic Paper helps create striking prints with exceptional visual interest and depth that will appeal to everyone seeking a dramatic look. These photographs are mounted on a 2mm styrene backing and are ready to frame.

Greeting Cards:

We also offer our photographs in greeting card collections for those of us that still use “snail mail” Mailing a card to a friend has become a lost art. We would love to bring back this time-honored tradition. You can purchase our greeting cards in packs of 5, 10 or 20. They come printed on Kodak metallic paper and are blank inside and envelopes are included.
