Tom Kerkhoff:
Ever since I picked up a camera to take on my 6th grade field trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico, I was hooked on photography. I am a Colorado native and I grew up in Lakewood. I attended Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs and graduated with a degree in Photography. Today, my wife and I, along with our two daughters, live in Parker, where we have lived for 26 years. I currently own Kerkhoff Photography & Design, located in Parker, Colorado, off Mainstreet and Parker Rd. A high percentage of our business is photographing high school seniors and families; however, I am very passionate about photographing Colorado’s beautiful landscapes. I love to explore all the “Hidden Gems” that this state has to offer. My passion is being able to bring these beautiful places to the people that are not able to go to these places themselves. Several of my photographs are hanging in hospitals and doctors’ offices. This is one of the places where I feel I can help improve the scenery, lighten the atmosphere, and be a small part of improving somebody’s day.
